Delivery & PickUp Policy

At Midwest Floral Mafia, we operate a little differently from traditional flower shops. We bring our flowers directly to the community through live pop-up events and school fundraisers.

Signature Barrels – Delivery & Setup

We offer local delivery and professional setup exclusively for our Signature Barrel customers. Whether you purchase or lease a barrel, our team will arrange a convenient delivery and installation date. Delivery availability and any applicable fees will be confirmed before your order is finalized. Seasonal barrel changeouts are coordinated directly with customers enrolled in eligible seasonal plans.

Flowers, Plants & Hanging Baskets

All other flowers, plants, hanging baskets, and seasonal merchandise are sold exclusively at our live pop-up locations and fundraising events. We do not offer shipping or residential delivery for these products.

Floral Bucks

Floral Bucks are available for advance purchase and can be redeemed at participating Midwest Floral Mafia pop-up events and school fundraisers. They are not a shipping or home-delivery service.
