Living Plant & Seasonal Bloom Disclaimer
Photos are representative of the intended design and overall look of each Mafia Barrel. Because we work with living, seasonal plants, exact flower colors, cultivars, plant size, fullness, bloom stage, and placement may vary based on availability and natural growth. The listed plant types for each design will remain consistent, but individual colors may differ from the photos shown.
Some plants are seasonal bloomers and are not expected to remain in flower for the entire season. Plants may bloom in cycles, grow at different rates, or change in appearance as the season progresses. Trailing varieties may also require occasional training or repositioning to guide growth over the barrel. Final appearance and performance will depend on weather, light, watering, plant maturity, and ongoing care.
Each barrel is assembled to preserve the intended Midwest Floral Mafia design while allowing the plants room to grow naturally.

Bulk Inquiries
Bulk Mafia Barrel Orders
Planning a larger display? Midwest Floral Mafia offers bulk pricing on qualifying Mafia Barrel orders for businesses, apartment communities, churches, schools, event spaces, commercial properties, and customers ordering multiple barrels for the same location.
Our Mafia Barrels are still sold as our signature designs. Bulk orders do not include custom plant combinations, mixing between designs, or plant substitutions. You choose from the available Midwest Floral Mafia seasonal designs, and we handle the growing, preparation, delivery, and setup.
Bulk pricing is based on the number of barrels ordered, selected designs, season, delivery location, and setup requirements.
Whether you need several barrels around an entrance or a larger seasonal display throughout a property, contact us with your project details and we’ll provide pricing based on your order.
Please note: Midwest Floral Mafia is not offering wholesale purchasing at this time. Bulk pricing applies only to qualifying Mafia Barrel orders purchased directly from us.
Returns & Refunds
Because Midwest Floral Mafia sells living plants and seasonal products that are grown, prepared, and reserved specifically for our customers and events, all plant and Mafia Barrel sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been picked up, delivered, or accepted.
Please inspect your plants at the time of purchase, pickup, or delivery. If you receive the wrong item or there is an obvious issue with your order at the time you receive it, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
Plants are living products and may naturally change after purchase. Bloom cycles, growth rate, fullness, color, trailing habits, and overall appearance may vary based on weather, sunlight, watering, temperature, and customer care. Midwest Floral Mafia is not responsible for plant decline caused by improper watering, placement, weather conditions, neglect, pests introduced after delivery, or other conditions outside of our control.
Photos shown on our website are representative of the intended design. Plant colors, cultivars, bloom stage, size, placement, and overall layout may vary based on seasonal availability. When a specific barrel design is purchased, we will maintain the listed plant combination, but exact colors may vary.
Floral Bucks are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not replaced if lost or stolen.
Subscription and seasonal barrel payments are subject to the terms of the selected plan. Payments already applied toward plants, preparation, delivery, or completed seasonal service are non-refundable.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
